The terms below explain how shopping with Anwar Perfumes works, from placing an order to after-sales support.

Using our website

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation or misuse its content.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, sizes, images and prices accurate. Packaging may vary between batches, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. If a detail matters to your purchase, please contact support before ordering. Fragrance preferences and performance vary from person to person; no fixed longevity is guaranteed unless expressly stated for a product.

Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The applicable product price, discounts and delivery charge are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Any additional payment options offered for your order will appear at checkout. Offers apply only under their stated conditions.

Order confirmation & availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee that an item is available. We may contact you to verify your order or delivery details. If an item is unavailable, a listing contains an error or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange repayment of the unfulfilled amount.

Delivery

Delivery is available across Pakistan for a flat charge of Rs. 299. Delivery timing depends on the destination and courier service. Any estimate provided is indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please provide a complete address and an active contact number. See our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.

Changes & cancellations

Contact support promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can be accommodated before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different from its description, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns require prior approval and may require photographs or video for verification. Approved returns are resolved through replacement or exchange; we do not offer refunds for these returns. Change of mind and personal scent preferences are not eligible reasons. Read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full conditions.

Content owned by Anwar Perfumes, including our branding, text and original visuals, may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Other brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those websites operate under their own terms and policies.

We may update these terms when our services or policies change. The version published on this page applies to future use of the website. For an existing order, the terms presented when that order was placed apply.
